The owners of this large late Victorian house, once the local rectory, have converted the original coach house, adjoining their house, into a delightful holiday property. Newly redecorated and accommodating four in comfort, there is scope at the property for an extra child if needed. Large coach-house doors open from the living room onto a private patio area for visitors. Open forest lies nearby and Brockenhurst is five minutes drive away.
The Accommodation comprises of

- Kitchen area with electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine
- Cottage stairs to First Floor:
- Bedroom one - 5' double bed

- Bedroom three - 3'4" bed
- Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and w.c.
- Large sunny patio area
- Private parking for two cars
- All linen is included but please bring your own towels

Note: The main picture shows the whole of the house. (Our house and the Coach House which is the rental).The part that is the Coach House for rent is the far end on the right hand side with the fence which shields the Coach House entrance for privacy. The Annex consists of the 4 windows on the first floor of the right hand side of the property and on the ground floor the window to the right of the main entrance.
