This self contained ground-floor annexe to the owners' home offers a cosy and welcoming holiday base, recently refurbished. Visitors have the private use of a pretty courtyard garden with pond and tinkling fountain. There are pubs, restaurants all serving high quality food and shops nearby and easy access both to the Forest and to the many other attractions in the area. Sleeps up to three.

Entrance through conservatory. Inner hall. Sitting - dining room with colour television, dvd, sofa bed and door to courtyard garden. Kitchen with fitted electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Washing machine in conservatory. Bedroom - 4ft 6in double bed with t.v and clock radio. Bathroom with bath shower, basin and w.c.

Leave Junction one on M27 where it meets the A 31 signposted Lyndhurst - after 1/4 of mile take the second exit on the roundabout to the A336 signposted Totton. After a further 50 yards turn left into the service Road bare left and Kingsbridge House with a large red board is immediately on your right. Please drive up the long drive.
