Wicksmead is a rural retreat for two
Wicksmead close to National Trust Land, North of the New Forest


Wicksmead is surrounded by National Trust land in the North of the New Forest. We are away from busy roads being accessed by a forest track, which leads to our 13 acre smallholding which is home to a small flock of rare breed sheep and miniature ponies. The self-contained guest accommodation is on the ground floor and accessed by French doors and has triple aspects. We have created a comfortable and welcoming room so our guests can relax and enjoy their stay here in the New Forest..

There is an excellent selection of places to eat within a couple of miles radius and some within a comfortable forest walk away! So no need to use the car! Bramshaw has a village shop, alternatively Romsey or Lyndhurst are approximately 6 miles away.

Wicksmead is only a couple of miles from the M27 for easy access to Bournemouth, Southampton and Portsmouth. Alternatively, enjoy a drive south through the New Forest to reach the coastal resorts.
