Carriage House Cottage

Converted from the carriage house, overlooking the open Forest and one mile from the Solent shore, this cottage, sleeping up to 6 people, offers pleasing accommodation and is ideally suited for walking,riding and carriage driving in the New Forest or sailing in the Solent.

The accommodation comprises of :-

Entrance hall and cloakroom leading into a large and tastefully furnished sitting/dining room with colour television. The kitchen has modern fitments with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and automatic washing machine and a breakfast bar.

First Floor

The first floor comprises two bedrooms each with a double bed and single bed, and a modern bathroom.
All is centrally heated.

Bed linen is provided

Outside there is a secluded and pretty garden with lawn and patio area with garden furniture and barbecue.

Plenty of parking spaces.

Purpose built stabling with water and electricity and grazing is available on the premises to rent for those clients wishing to bring their own horses. One well behaved dog welcome

Locally we have several hostelries offering meals. Also a general store, farm shop and garage.

The cottage is let from a Friday to a Friday.

Nonsmokers only

The cottage will be ready for occupation from 2.00 p.m. Hirers are asked to vacate by 10.00 a.m.
on the day of departure.

From Brockenhurst take the B 3055 for 4 miles towards Beaulieu, after 4 miles turn right signposted Lymington and within 400 yards turn left signposted East Boldre. Continue for 2-1/2 miles and take the turning to the left signposted Bucklers Hard. Carriage House is after a short distance on the right.
