John and Julie are proud to welcome you to The Garden Room, a luxury, ground floor annexe with its own private entrance. The room benefits from views of the south-facing rear garden and off-street parking.

This relaxing, peaceful room is furnished to a high standard with a king size, 5 foot Millbrook bed (which can be made up as a twin if required), with a fabulous en-suite wet-room complete with non-slip tiles, heated towel rail and power shower.

Also for your comfort in your room you will find:

• Winter fruit compote and Greek Yogurt
• Baked field mushrooms with grilled goats cheese
• Toasted bagel with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
  

White Lodge Garden Room is set in a quiet cul-de-sac location, in the heart of Brockenhurst just a 5 minute walk from the High Street's shops, cafes and high quality restaurants. It is only an 8 minute walk to the main line railway, cycle hire and the open Forest. Ponies and cattle can also be seen wandering past our gate so please drive carefully.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROUTE AVOIDS THE HEAVY TRAFFIC AT LYNDHURST.

From the M27 : leave the motorway at Junction 3 and take the M271 signposted Southampton and Docks, continue to the next roundabout and take the second exit (A35) towards Lyndhurst. Once on the dual carriageway continue straight all the way to Lyndhurst and bear left towards Brockenhurst on the A337. When you reach Careys Manor Hotel on the left, turn right into Grigg Lane opposite. Take the 2nd turning on the left Chestnut Road, then the second on the left where you will find The White Lodge at the head of the cul-de-sac on the left.
